Description The Honours year consists of a year-length thesis workshop, three session-length seminars and the writing of a research thesis under supervision.
Learning Outcomes This course provides students with training in carrying out independent research and gives them sustained and intensive contact with supervisors, course co-ordinators and the literature in their field of study. Students are able to develop and demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of a number of areas within philosophy. Students will learn to produce well structured, clear and coherent conceptual exploration, argument, analysis or interpretation supported by appropriate textual or other evidence.
