Description

Note: This course is not yet offered. It will be offered from 2010.

Objectives: This course continues to develop the skills learnt in OPTM5171. Students assemble the required materials, subjects and equipment and conduct the experiment they proposed in OPTM5171. The data is analysed using the appropriate statistical methods, and a publication-quality written report submitted. Each group is also required to present the results of their research at the annual student research symposium.
