Description

Reading of selected works in Korean humanities, including literature, literary criticism, biography and religion/philosophy.


Learning Outcomes

By completing this course, students will gain:
  • Critical knowledge about selected themes in the Korean humanities
  • Skills in managing inter-lingual interpretation
  • An increased proficiency in critical analysis.

Assessment

  • Two exams - 50%
  • Seminar presentation - 20%
  • Research project - 30%
