Description

Organisation behaviour, leading change, strategic planning processes; decision analysis and risk analysis. The legislative basis of business activities and the corporation. Innovation and entrepreneurship: the role of engineering in the knowledge economy; engineering innovation in processes and products. Engineering ethics principles and practice: an introduction to ethical systems; the application of ethical frameworks to engineering practice with particular reference to electrical engineering and computing; codes of ethics in the professions; social, political, environmental and economic considerations.
