Description

This course demonstrates the application of computational, mathematical and statistical methods to problems in modern life sciences, through examples in mucleotide and protein structure, function and expression. System design and software development environments for bioinformatics are also explored. Practical work involves implementation and use of the techniques discussed in the course.
