This course covers the broad range of management decisions faced within the general, corporate and regional aviation sectors. The aviation environment within which managements function and make economic decisions are introduced. Revenue, cost and technical issues are discussed and prediction of market supply and demand, competition, costs and pricing are considered. Technical issues regarding the provision of Air Operators Certificates and other regulatory, State and Federal requirements are also examined.
