Description This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles of human structure. It includes an introduction to the histology of basic tissues; an overview of the functional anatomy of the major body systems; human development, growth and aging; human evolution; body imaging. This course is designed for students who do not plan to major in Anatomy. Students who achieve a credit level pass or better can use this course as a prerequisite for ANAT3411 Neuroanatomy or ANAT3121 Visceral Anatomy.
