Description
This is the first of two consecutive courses in the BIA Practice Stream that aim to introduce Interior Architecture students to the principles of management and best practice. The practice notes and contracts used by the various professional bodies will be examined through lectures, tutorials and assignments. A thorough investigation into project management procedures, building authorities, project costing, estimating and specification to project succesfull project delivery.
