Description

For Honours (Research) candidates are required to present a thesis of 15,000-20,000 words and complete two seminars as approved by the Head of the Department.

Learning Outcomes

Students who successfully complete the seminars and an Honours thesis should:

Develop skills in research design and strategies
Be critically conversant with a substantial amount of Indonesian language material
Be critically conversant with a range of theoretical and methodological framework in Indonesian studies
Enhance their skills in transforming research into written form
Enhance their skills in oral presentation.

Coursework - 50%
Thesis - 50%
