Description

In aviation environments, the interaction of people in a group or set of groups affects the performance of the system, and the relative success of the operations. This course examines the group-based human cognitive capabilities and limitations and the factors that influence performance, including social and cultural aspects, organisational and safety culture. The focus of the course is primarily on the human group, rather than the individual operator or employee.
