Description

This course is designed to give students an opportunity to learn and apply methods and techniques used to assess the workplace and the environment. The course is based on measurements in the working and external environment.

Topics are selected from measurement and evaluation of noise, lighting, vibration, ventilation, air quality, thermal environment, radiation, chemical hazards, slip resistance etc.

Assessments are carried out on sites in and around UNSW.
