Description

The application of general psychological theories and principles to contemporary management problems. It will aquaint students with research in employee motivation, satisfaction, selection, training, evaluation, and teamwork as well as other topics in industrial and organisational psychology, including the role of the professional in organisations and in dealing with other professionals.
