![]() Contacts Overview The School of Organisation and Management was formed on 1 July 2004. The new unit draws together the staff from the previous School of Industrial Relations and Organisational Behaviour and the School of International Business, whose research and teaching expertise encompass the fields of business strategy, employment relations, international business, management (including human resource management, cross-cultural and diversity management, and management consulting) and organisational behaviour.
The School offers undergraduate students a range of courses and degree programs to Honours level in the fields of Human Resource Management, International Business, Management and Industrial Relations. At postgraduate level, the School offers courses in the Master of Commerce (specialisations in Human Resource Management, International Business, Business Strategy or Organisation and Management Studies), the Master of Technology Management (MTM), and the Master of Business and Technology (MBT). In addition, the MPhil and PhD degrees are offered to postgraduate students wishing to pursue an active research program.
