Program Description
Program Objectives and Graduate Attributes
- Development of strong professional practice through knowledge and understanding of the ethical, social and professional aspects required to deliver a high standard of clinical care to all women;
- Development of research literacy and skills within the field of women’s health medicine including inquiry-based learning skills and knowledge;
- A developed capacity for critical evaluation and analysis of literature and clinical practice in the field of women’s health;
- Development of effective communication skills in both professional and social contexts;
- Enhanced collaborative and multidisciplinary teamwork skills within the workplace.

- SWCH9015 Children's & Adolescent Gynae (6 UOC)
- SWCH9016 Cancer in Women (6 UOC)

Each of the above courses will accrue 6UOC, with a total of 48 UOC required for successful completion of the program.
Academic Rules
• a Bachelor Honours Degree, Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Higher Qualification; or
• commencement or completion of a recognised Medicine postgraduate vocational training program; or
• 1 years relevant postgraduate professional experience in medicine, nursing or health science.
