Program Description
The degree enables you to continue to specialise in your undergraduate majors while gaining business and management knowledge through business related courses. It connects you with the demands of our technological society and allows you to meet those demands both as a professional in your own area and as manager of the future.
The program is a tri-faculty coursework program involving the UNSW Business School, UNSW Engineering and UNSW Science.

Three courses can be selected from within a business discipline, thereby enhancing career prospects in the fields of Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, International Business or Marketing.
Program Objectives and Graduate Attributes
- demonstrate understanding and application of the value proposition of technology in management
- analyse problems, issues and policies through logical thinking and reasoning
- develop innovative solutions and make recommendations based on thorough analysis
- communicate ideas and information logically and concisely in written and oral formats

Program Structure
4 core courses (24 UOC) plus 1 Capstone course (6 UOC) and 3 elective postgraduate courses (18 UOC) chosen from the UNSW Business School, and 4 elective courses (24 UOC) either from within UNSW Engineering and/or UNSW Science.

If you wish to focus on a particular area of interest in Business you can study three courses (18 UOC) from within this area in addition to core courses MGMT5800, MGMT5801, MGMT5802, ACCT5906 and capstone COMM5010.
