The Master of Professional Accounting is designed for graduates with no or limited exposure to the study of accounting. The Master of Professional Accounting program provides an introduction to business with a focus on accounting and enables students to obtain recognition by the professional accounting bodies in Australia: CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accounting in Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants. Firms often seek employees who have met professional requirements as it means a range of essential business skills have been acquired.

The MProfAcc program is taught on-campus. The typical duration of the program is 1.5 years full-time or 3 years part-time.
