Please contact the Faculty of Law for information.

Program Structure

To qualify for the combined degree students will be required to complete a program of study as follows:
  • MBA LLM - 2 years full time - 116 uoc (MBA 68 uoc, LLM 48 uoc)
  • MBA (Hons) LLM - 2.5 years full time - 148 uoc (MBA 100 uoc, LLM 48 uoc)
Because of the structure of the MBA program (core plus electives) and supporting extra-curricula activities, it is recommended that students commence the MBA Program and complete four consecutive terms (68 uoc). With the MBA (Hons) option the honours component could be completed in a further 2 consecutive terms of could be delayed until the completion of the LLM and then completed.

Currently students who are admitted to the MBA program are eligible to apply to undertake an exchange. It is desirable to identify exchange partners where a combination of business and law courses could be undertaken.
