Stream Outline
Students who wish to qualify for a specialisation in Environmental Law must complete a total of 48uoc as follows:
- 24uoc from courses offered in the Environmental Law specialisation (see list of courses below), two of which must include LAWS8068 Environmental Law in Australia and LAWS8319 International Environmental Law;
- 24uoc from any other postgraduate law courses on offer.
When a student completes the Master of Laws which incorporates a specialisation, the student’s academic transcript and Testamur will identify the specialisation and will contain the words ‘Master of Laws in [the specialisation completed]’ or words to that effect.
