Plan Outline

This program is under revision and is not accepting applications in 2011.
The program can be completed in one or two or three years. It is strongly recommended that students allow themselves more than one year. Each course is one Semester (12 weeks) in length, and the on-campus mode involves class contact time of one two-hour meeting per week per course.

Plan Structure

Students must complete the following sequence of courses totalling 48 units of credit:

PHIL5400 Moral Theory and Reasoning (6 UOC)
PHIL5401 The Professions and Society (6 UOC)
PHIL5402 Ethical Issues in Business (6 UOC)
PHIL5403 Ethics in Organisations (6 UOC)
PHIL5404 Supervised Readings (6 UOC)
PHIL5407 Foundational Issues (6 UOC)

and one of the following courses:

PHIL5405 Applied Ethics Project (6 UOC)
PHIL5406 Research Project (6 UOC)

and one of the following courses:

HPSC5500 Soc Env Policy (6 UOC)
PHIL5408 Reading Option (6 UOC)
SLSP5001 Policy Analysis (6 UOC)
SLSP5004 Policy and Organisations (6 UOC)
SLSP5017 Policy and Advocacy (6 UOC)
