The MProfAcc program is taught on-campus. The typical duration of the program is 1.5 years full-time or 3 years part-time.
As the degree is primarily aimed at graduates with non-accounting studies, students with an undergraduate major in accounting from an Australian university are not advised to enrol in this degree The Master of Professional Accounting comprises 72 UOC (12 core courses and 1 elective course). Students undertaking the program should take care to take the courses in an appropriate sequence. For instance, ACCT5930 and LEGT5512 should be taken early in the program as they provide the foundation for other courses.
