Plan Outline

A cross-disciplinary program in Education and Applied Linguistics designed to provide those working or intending to work in TEFL/TESL or TESOL (teachers, curriculum designers, educational administrators, etc.) with a vocationally relevant degree which combines theory and practice.

Plan Structure

Students are required to complete eight courses (48 units of credit): LING5002 or LING5020 plus three electives from Linguistics and four electives from Education.

Students may choose any four of the Master of Education courses offered in the School of Education.
