Qualifications for Entry

The normal requirement for entry is a BA with a major in English, Education or a related discipline, preferably at credit level or better. We consider applications from other appropriately qualified people on an individual basis. Applicants whose first language is not English may be required to provide a sample of their creative writing in English. Entry to individual courses may be permitted at the discretion of the Head of School and the recommendation of the course/plan convenor.
Australian government visa requirements meat that international students cannot enrol in Graduate Diploma in Arts.
