Description

The course introduces students to the process of undertaking a research project and the implementation of the research processes based on a topic proposed by the student. The field of the research topic is in Construction Management and Property. Each student will be assigned an advisor from the construction management property program, who possesses respective contributory expertise within the respective research field. Upon completion of their research project, students would have acquired key competences including problem-solving and analytical skills and report writing skills.
