Description
This course provides you with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in multimedia translation at a professional level. This includes:
- online texts (business, politics, culture, and social affairs);
- audio-visual translation (captioning and subtitling);
- multimedia content (video game localisation and software localisation).
The course frames multimedia translation within an international perspective with emphasis on the cutting-edge technologies embedded in the language services industry of today.
