Description
This course advances the topics of Petroleum Geomechanics A and provides advanced aspects of geomechanics for petroleum engineers. It provides detailed and advanced knowledge of multi physics plasticity, including tight couplings with hydraulic, chemical and thermal processes. Dedicated applications are discussed, including reservoir operation, fault reactivation hydraulic fracturing, drill string analyses, borehole stability, mineralisation processes etc.
