Description
This course covers the study of construction costs and their forecasting, analysing, planning, controlling and accounting; and the practice of value management in the construction industry. It provides an introduction to construction cost information and databases; construction cost practices; total cost control practices; and the methodology of value management for construction projects. It is structured around lectures and assessment is based on both individual and group work.
