Research Project - REST0018

This course aims to develop students' critical thinking and analytical skills as well as problem solving and decision making skills through a specific research project in the field of property and development. As such students are required to develop and submit an outline on an approved topic, including a full literature review and a justification of the proposed research methodology, then move on to develop an hypothesis, collect and analyse information and data, effectively process and document the research results and draw reasoned conclusions from them.
