Description
This course examines the process of property development and feasibility analysis of property development project. It investigates the meaning and scope of real property, the array of participants in the development process as well as the procedures involved in producing good development outcomes. It introduces computer software of property development feasibility analysis, and it uses case studies to give students skills in organising and solving feasibility analysis problems. It is structured around lectures, tutorial sessions, and assessment is based on both individual and group work.
