Description
This course introduces a systematic analysis of the principles and methods of contemporary property investment analysis including Discount Cash Flow (DCF) analysis. As property is viewed as one among several asset classes in financial markets, this course offers knowledge and skills essential for property performance analysis such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and risk analysis. It is structured around lectures, tutorial sessions, and assessment is based on both individual and group work.
