Description

Businesses operate in risky environments. The aim of this course is to provide knowledge and understanding about how to assess and manage risks and to determine probabilities of risk. It includes risk analysis techniques, crisis planning, managing program and project risk, and contingency planning.

1. Identify risks in a business scenario
2. Assess the magnitude and urgency of managing identified risks
3. Develop a feasible risk management plan

5. Understand the role of research in business risk management decision-making and be able to find and use relevant research to enhance a risk management strategy.
