Description

Survival analysis is the analysis of data representing the time to occurrence of a certain event or endpoint (time-to-event data). The aim of this course is to explain the special features of time-to-event data and introduce methods and models available to deal with them. Extensive use will be made of the computer methods in analysing real datasets.

Pre-requisites: 24 units of level III mathematics or a degree in a numerate discipline or permission of the Head of Department.
