Description

Focuses on the literature and research into effective teachers and schools. Examines the educational outcomes used to measure effective teachers and schools. Analyses the methods used to identify effective teachers including public examination data. Examines the qualities associated with effective teachers and how these attributes are developed. Examines the various national and international government policies to foster a climate of quality teaching and effective schools.
