Description

This course comprises the theoretical and practical flight training associated with the Private Pilot licence. The theoretical component is taught as four discrete subjects: Navigation, Meteorology, Aircraft Performance and Operation, and Air Law (taught at Commercial Pilot level). The flight training covers the elements specified in the CASA Day VFR Syllabus and includes the flight test for issue of the licence. Students complete dual and solo cross country flights and revise general flying. A pass in Flight Screening is a pre requisite for this course.
