Description

MODL5104 Technical Translation is a course where students gain practical experience in two-directional translation at professional Translator level in technical fields such as information technology, science, law and medicine. This course aims to help students to develop and apply language-specific problem-solving techniques to overcome translation challenges. This course consists of a 1-hour lecture and 2-hour tutorial in each week. Tutorials are taught by professional translators in language-specific groups.
