Description

This course address design, analysis and reporting of mathematical models of infectious disease transmission through populations. The focus is on building simple mathematical models of infectious disease transmission, understanding their use of answering questions about public health interventions of interest, analysing model-based literature and reports. The course is delivered via weekly computer-based tutorials; assessment predominantly by assignment.
