Description

An examination of current research in an area of commercial law approved by the Head of the School of Business Law and Taxation.
Development of the ability to critically analyse the design and research methodology of selected materials.
The presentation, explanation and defence of the thesis research design at a School Seminar.
Attendance at prescribed Research Seminars conducted by the School.
