Description

This course examines the management of information systems and information technology in the organization. It considers the role and impact of IS/IT in the organizational context, how strategies for IS/IT are developed, implemented and aligned to organizational objectives, the justification of IS/IT investments and structure and management of the IS/IT effort. The course also addresses the key management issues of current importance. The course uses case studies and real world examples to examine the theoretical and practical aspects of IS/IT management.
