Description

Students with a special interest in a particular area of Chinese law may, in conjunction with the course coordinator, develop their own specialist course. For example, students may elect to complete the subjects Chinese Law in Context or Chinese Law and the Economy in a self-paced tutorial format if the relevant subject is not offered in that year. Alternatively, students may wish to co-develop a program in Chinese Labour Law, Gender and Chinese Law, Chinese Constitutionalism, Chinese Corporate Law and so on. This might be an especially effective way for students to investigate an area of law prior to completing a LLM, SJD or PhD thesis in the field. Enrolment is subject to School approval.
