Description

This course provides an opportunity to enhance understanding of educational leadership theory, research and practice through fieldwork. Students are required to observe and interview a successful educational leader to provide insight on the various styles, skills, and experiences that educational leaders utilise in order to address complex issues related to educational organisations.
Students are required to attend a two hour briefing seminar at the beginning of the course, a six hour research methodology seminar prior to fieldwork and a two hour seminar at the end of the course at which students will present findings from the field.
