Description This course focuses on the ergonomics issues related to the design and implementation of new technology. It assumes a knowledge of the principles of ergonomics, and in particular looks at cognitive aspects of human-computer-interaction, human error and design, usability and its assessment, user interface design, evaluation techniques, guidelines and standards, and the introduction of new systems into organisations.
