Description

The aim of this course is to construct a "business plan" that relates to some aspect of the health care industry. A business plan outlines the financial implications of either starting up a new business or expanding or contracting an existing service. This is not a theoretical course - you are required to write your business plan. Most students develop their plan from their own work experience.
