Description

This course will build on the material from SOLA9020 with emphasis on the factors that contribute to successful laboratory design and operation. Students will learn how to operate and maintain key equipment and will learn processing skills relevant to the fabrication of the world's most efficient silicon photovoltaic devices. Major emphasis is placed on providing students with hands-on experience with students given the opportunity to take responsibility for the operation of sections of the laboratory (under the guidance of a supervisor).
