Description

This course will cover the development, operation and maintenance of a semiconductor processing laboratory. In particular, issues of safety including OH&S, cleanliness and operating procedures will be covered. Major emphasis is placed on providing students with practical experience of laboratory operation through direct involvement with state of the art equipment in one of the world's leading photovoltaic research laboratories.
