Description Identifies and considers probity requirements and a number of ethical issues present in private and public sector organisations. Identifies and analyses ethical failure in areas such as corporate crime, professional malpractice, and public accountability. Considers systematic measures aimed at regulating conduct and preventing corruption: codes of conduct, ethics committees, ethics educations, watchdogs and regulators, and whistleblower programs.
