Description

The course will give a review of the geological occurrence, the hydrogeological properties, the development methods and the significance of the resource for a range of aquifer types including: Coastal sand aquifers; Oceanic islands; Flood Basalt areas; Limestone systems; Fractured basement aquifers; The Great Artesian Basin; Consolidated sedimentary provinces.
