Description Project management involves the overall planning, control and coordination of a project and is the process by which the responsibility for all phases is combined within one multi-disciplinary function. This course introduces you to the project management skills required during the lifetime of a project and explores the key concepts of project management from initiation to termination, including project risk management.
*This is a recommended starting course for MBT students. Prerequisite: This course is offered by the MBT Program. All students enrolling in MBT courses are required to have at least four years relevant professional experience. |
