Description Reviews and rethinks theories/practice of interpreting and provides training in Chinese-English consecutive interpreting. Students are expected to attempt to reconstruct principles and methodologies of interpreting, to apply theories to public speaking/interpreting practice and to learn to manage pre-job research, process and impact of interpreting. The weekly workshops will provide a forum for discussion of theoretical and ethical issues in the profession.
