Description

This subject is concerned with the study of the legal regime governing the health, safety and welfare of people at work in New South Wales. Its focus will be the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 (OHS Act) and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2001 (OHS Regs). The subject will deal with the duties of employers, controllers of premises, manufacturers, suppliers of plant and employees under the OHS Act and OHS Regs
