Description Graphics hardware: scan conversion of lines and polygons. 2D transformations: windowing, clipping, viewports. User interfaces. 3D transformations: perspective transformation, 3D clipping, hidden surface removal, lighting and texture maps. Hierarchical modelling of objects, modelling curves and surfaces with splines and fractals. Graphics standards. Lab: programming assignments.
