Description This course examines a range of issues related to the effective implementation of systems for the management of occupational health and safety, environmental and other organisational concerns. A range of topics in organisational behaviour and management is covered, including theoretical issues and practical applications to areas such as motivation, communication, training, attitude change and stress in the work place.
